How long have I got to use my smart DaySaver tickets?

Your smart DaySaver tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Is the DaySaver ticket valid for 24 hours from first use?

No, the ticket is valid for use from the time you first use it on a bus to 02:30am.

How do I get a refund?

If you need a refund on any unused DaySaver tickets, please go to your nearest Bus Station Travel Centre. A small admin charge will apply to all refunds.
