Update from MCard following updated COVID-19 guidelines

Following the Prime Minister’s announcement on Monday 19 July that working from home guidance has been removed, the MCard refund/extension scheme is now closed. For those applying for extensions, your new card will start from 1 September 2021. If you had a weekly or monthly ticket that you have been unable to fully use due to lockdown or self-isolating, you can get the unused validity loaded onto your smartcard, by visiting a bus station Travel Centre, up to 6 September 2021.
All remaining extensions are currently being processed and cards will be received before 1 September 2021. Thank you for your paitence.
